DESCRIPTION:Where:  Wolf Creek - http://www.wolfcreekutah.com/the-mountain.php    Lift Tickets:     Adult Full Day - $35   Adult Half Day - $30   Child Full Day - $22   Child Half Day - $20    About the Day:  We will get there at 9:30am and ski/snowboard for the day. If you need a ride\, we are meeting at the church at 8:30am and driving up to the mountain.  It will be a great time of fellowship and sharing a beautiful winter day with everyone on the mountain.    Directions:  Head north on Harrison and turn right onto Highway 39 (12th Street/Ogden Canyon). Follow 39 up to the Pineview Dam at the west end of Pineview Reservoir and turn left on Rte. 158\, heading over the dam. Travel on Rte. 158 approximately 4 miles until the road forks near a trailhead parking lot. Bear left following the sign to Liberty until you come to a four-way stop. Turn left onto Highway 162 and travel 2 miles to the Wolf Mountain sign\, then turn left.  At the first yield sign\, take a final left and travel approx. ½ mile until you see the Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resort driveway on your right.    Need Equipment?  Rentals for the day will be done through Diamond Peak. Here are the prices:     Adult Snowbaord Package - $25/day   Adult Ski Package - $19/day   Child Snowbaord Package - $17/day   Child Ski Package - $14/day

DESCRIPTION:Utah Christian Concert Connection is pleased to welcome "The Afters" in concert at Calvary Chapel with special guests "Anthem Lights" on Tuesday\, March 1 @ 7:00pm. Tickets are $12.50 for individuals\, but if we have a group of 10 or more they are only $8.50! We should have that many\, so plan to come out with us!    The student group will be going to this concert and you can join them! We will meet at the church at 5:30pm to head down together. Hope to see you there! SUMMARY:Ordination Council Examination for Matt Jones
DESCRIPTION:As part of Matt's ordination process\, there will be a formal examination that takes place on Saturday\, February 19th\, 2011 at 10:00am. The ordination council members will be invited to question Matt on any matter that they wish to. This is meant to be a public process\, so everyone is welcome to attend. Following the meeting the council will retire to make their final decision on whether to recommend to the church that we proceed with ordination.

DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the Shepherd Leader Team\, I would like to invite all current members and attenders of Lakeside Church to an Annual Meeting on Sunday\, March 6th at 5:00pm.    We felt this was the right step to ensure that our church has taken proper accountability in the selection and affirmation of our church leadership. Further\, if there are any nominations that any member would like to make to either the Shepherd Leader Team or the Stewardship Team\, we will accept those during the period starting today\, February 4th and finishing on February 24th at 5:00pm. SUMMARY:Ice-Fishing at Echo Resevoir
DESCRIPTION:Want to experience an adventure of a different kind? Come with us for a day of ice-fishing! All you need to do is get a fishing license and some bait (Walmart sells both) and meet us at the church at 8am on Saturday\, February 5th! James Cha will be showing us how it's done and there will be enough equipment for everyone. We'll conclude the day with a fish fry back at the church. Come on out and have fun with us.
